First of all there are lot of free video uploading sites which can cater to your different type of needs, but to embed those videos here, it is just as easy as pasting the whole embed code you've copied from the video hosting site you have uploaded you video, take for example, Youtube. to embed a video from youtube all you need to do is copy the embed codes of the video which is highlighted by the red box on the picture below
after you've copied the whole embed code for that video all you have to do is paste it here. as shown below
